Quality is a lot more that cleanly welded joints, faultlessly running drives and rollers that keep running silently and reliably for years in 24/7 operation. As far as we're concerned, quality starts with the first contact with a customer and determines our actions throughout a long-lasting partnership.

For Dematic, quality is top priority, a demand that is practiced by our top management, and is just as important in the sales departments, in product development, in the production of mechanical and plant engineering, in software development, installation & start-up and the service departments. However, we also have to demand and ensure that we get the same standard from our suppliers.
 

Quality, for us, is a driving factor which strengthens our ambition to assume a world-leading role in our environment of logistics automation and placement technology. The mere size of a company is not the deciding factor here, with heart and soul we want and have to be the best for our customers, and give them the state-of-the-art.
